Description: Riah Lynn had an accident and fractured her neck. Unable to move, she is place on a medical board by the paramedic in the ambulance as she is being driven to the hospital. In order to examine her fully for injuries, the paramedic proceeds remove her clothing until she is stark naked. To secure the patient, he fastens her down, strapping her arms and legs to the board, strapping her head into the head brace, adding leg, arm, and wrist splints, bandaging her hands to further restrict movement. Once she is fully secured, the paramedic snaps her neck back into place, enabling her to no longer be paralyzed, while the medical restraints keep her firmly in place so she doesn't further injure herself, adding an oxygen mask to help her breathe. It is then that the doctor realizes that the truck had not been resupplied, and thus there is no anesthesia or pain relief medication. The paramedic recalls having packed a vibrator as he realizes that this is the only available form of pain relief he has available for this unfortunate girl
